A two-minute animated short created from Jan. 2024 - May 2024 at Texas A&M. Led a team of 21 artists as co-project manager and art director. Responsible for coordinating tasks and responsibilities with artists, providing feedback to the asset team, and managed production calendars.

This groom was my first time exploring Blender's grooming tools. The initial groom was created in one day. Further refinement and testing in Unreal occured in later weeks of production.
